Welcome to The Brown Cow Inn
The Brown Cow Inn is a delightful hostelry conveniently located on the A595 about three miles south of Ravenglass. Enjoying a well-deserved reputation for its excellent food, available from breakfast at 10a.m. through lunch, afternoon tea and dinner served until 8.30p.m. Resident owners Phil and Becca Chapman keep customers happy with their friendly service and excellent hospitality.
We pride ourselves on using as much local produce as we can. we use Bewelys of bootle butcher and woodalls of Waberthwaite (famous Waberthwaite sausages). We also make homemade chips.
