'I created mother earth for two main reasons, one of which was to offer people a natural alternative to skin care made with artificial chemicals. The other guiding principle of the business is that we aim to provide products that combine therapy with every day living. In this way you can experience the emotional and spiritual benefits of flower essences & aromatherapy oils whilst cleansing and moisturising, making a room smell nice or even when you wash your hands!'

Here, beside Lake Coniston is where we make all our organic, natural skincare products. You can now see us making the products and sample the special of the day which is usually on special offer.
There is a lovely shop where you can test all the products with a testing booth especially for you to try the organic skin care products to see which are best for your skin... all of course, with the best skin care advice from our staff.
A special gift wrapping bar means you can use all the ribbons an accessories to personalise your own gift.
Then take a stroll down to the lake and have a coffee at the Lake side or visit Miss Potters house where they shot the film and enjoy a cream tea in the garden...details of where to find the house supplied at our counter together with a special voucher for a free cup of tea there courtesy of us at Mother Earth.
